| How long does it shipping take? |
bipra.co.uk processes and ships out packages Monday-Friday; we are not open to process or deliver any packages during the weekend.

| What happens if my package is lost or damage? |
| If you receive a damaged package, contact us at 0845 555 50 51. There is only a two day grace period once the item has been received. From there we will submit a claim for a damaged package that takes 5-8 business days for processing. You have a choice to either receive a refund or a replacement for the package. Lost packages will require 8-10 business days for processing. |

| What happens if my shipment is missing items? |
| If the package appears to have been tampered with or is simply missing items, please contact us at 0845 555 50 51. |

| How do I track my package? |
| A tracking number will be provided on request via email once an order has been shipped out. |

| Can I modify my order during shipment? |
Once an order has been packaged and processed, we cannot modify any orders. We also cannot re-route or modify any packages once the order has been shipped out.
If you no longer want your order, you can refuse the package upon delivery. Simply tell the shipping carrier to return to sender and it will be shipped back to our warehouse. For further details on refunds, please visit our Return Policy page. |

14 Day Return Policy From Bipra Limited
We provide Fast Replacement within 3-5 working days for faulty or damaged item. Our RMA department issue replacement item or refund on same day of received item from customer.
Exchange, Return & Warranty Policies (14 day Return Policy from Bipra Limited-No Questions Asked)
We try to make returns easy for our customers - please e-mail us if you have any questions. Our Returns/RMA Department can be reached via rma@bipra.com
IMPORTANT: You must obtain return instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) documentation from our RMA department before returning any merchandise. Your return needs to be sent to our Warehouse, not our offices, so please obtain authorization first. Any refused or returned package due to incorrect address issues will be charged an automatically.
*Any package returned without an RMA form will be returned to buyer.
Our Exchange Policy
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can exchange the unopened product within 14 days for a store credit of the purchase price less shipping fees. Please send an email to rma@bipra.com to request the appropriate RMA forms needed to exchange your items. When filling out these forms, please indicate that you are exchanging the product for another item. Make sure you indicate what you are returning, the item that you are exchanging your return for, and its current price on our web site.
For non-defective merchandise or exchanges for different items, an additional shipping charge may be applied .
Our Return Policy
14 Day Return Policy
Defective products can be returned for a refund of the full purchase price (including shipping). Should you need to return any unopened product within 14 days from the date of shipment, you will receive a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs. Please email us on rma@bipra.com to request the appropriate RMA forms needed to return your items.
Within 14 days of shipment, you can return opened items for a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs. Opened products must be returned with ALL original materials contained in the original package including manuals/instructions, warranty papers, accessories, cords, software, static bags, blister packaging, serial numbers, etc. Opened item returns must also be in like-new condition for resale (unless defective upon arrival). Under no condition will opened software products be eligible for returns.
Any products that are return damaged due to improper handling by customers will refuse for Refund or Exchange.
Due to manufacturer limitations, we are unable to offer our Lifetime warranty policy on any product containing moving parts like external hard drives, microdrives, etc. Those products carry a 3 year limited warranty.
Our Warranty Policy
We offer a lifetime warranty on all flash memory products sold through Bipra Limited
If for some reason you purchase a product from Bipra Limited and find the product defective within 14 days, you may exchange it for a new one using our return/exchange policy through Bipra Limited
If you have a problem after 14 days with a product you purchase from Bipra Limited, manufacturer's warranty will be used to exchange or repair your item. If the manufacturer's warranty has expired or does not exist, the item(s) can only be exchanged for similar merchendise and no credit will be issued. To do so, contact RMA Department .
We follow government Distance Selling Regulastions as below.
Distance Selling Regulations
The terms and conditions of sale detailed below are provided for your information, in line with legislation contained in Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This legislation covers items bought where there is no direct contact between the supplier and the consumer. It does not apply where goods are bought for business use, from showrooms, fairs or exhibitions.
Distance Selling regulations allow for a cooling off period of 7 days from receipt of goods covered under the legislation. Customers may return specified goods without reason within this period for a refund. This excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications. It does not apply to goods intended for everyday consumption. Video recordings or computer software unsealed by the consumer are also excluded. Goods returned have to be complete and in a resalable condition including original packaging. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods until satisfactory receipt at the company will be borne by the customer.
To cancel the contract under the terms of the Direct Selling legislation with the company the Customer Services Manager must be contacted in writing at the above address within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The customer will be required to return the goods to the company before a refund can be processed. The Customer Services department will then contact the customer with a RETURN TO MANUFACTURER number within 5 working days. This number must be quoted on all returned goods so that the goods can be properly identified. The company cannot be held responsible for goods returned without proper identification.
Product Availability:
Availability is based on a strict first-come-first-serve basis. Our inventory updates everyday with stock and prices according to dollar rates to give best possible price to our customers. If any problem with order we will do our best to contact you in this case so you can choose a suitable replacement or cancel your order.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin

What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
